As we begin to settle into 2019 we decided to take a look back at some of Heartland's biggest moments of 2018! This was an exciting and transformative year for the #OperationalAllStars, and we just couldn't close out 2018 without reflecting on some of our most exciting moments! Here's a Look at Some of Heartland's Biggest Moments of 2018...

Heartland's Rebranding

Our most exciting change of 2018 came in the form of our rebranding. This was a long and sometimes stressful project, but so worth it! We knew that it was time to give the Heartland brand a makeover, and take these necessary steps to really elevate our brand to the next level. Our aim was to recreate our customer experience. From an updated logo, a new website, new messaging and so much more, we feel that we've really redefined our customer's journeys with Heartland for the better! This was truly a team effort and we are so excited with the way that things turned out, and the direction in which Heartland is headed.

The Launch of Our New Website

 

Of course, one of the biggest and most integral pieces of our rebranding was the official launch of our brand new website! With an enhanced visual identity, clearer messaging, and a more defined customer journey we were truly excited about the launch of this site.

The Heartland Family Picnic and Launch Party

We decided to celebrate our rebranding in style with a Summer bash for Heartland's employees and their families. In true Summer fashion, we had music, volleyball, a water balloon toss, great food, and of course custom t-shirts with the new Heartland logo! It was a perfect July day, and a wonderful celebration of all of the exciting things to come.

Our First Annual OpTech Event

In October we hosted our first executive forum! Subject matter experts from Honeywell, Google and Intelligrated gathered with us at Topgolf for an amazing day of collaboration. Attendees spent the day learning about operational intelligence, Supply Chain Trends, OS readiness, mobile technology security and so much more! The day was broken up by some time for golfing, and the day ended with a great formal dinner! We are already planning OpTech 2019 and hope to see you there!

Philanthropy Matters

Heartland also continued to get involved with a number of local charities throughout 2018! Community involvement and giving back are very important values to the Heartland team, and we loved the opportunities that we had to work with such amazing groups, such as The Lemonade Brigade, Feed My Starving Children, Helping Paws Animal Shelter and FISH of McHenry Food Pantry. We look forward to even more involvement in 2019!

Annual Holiday Party

We wrapped up a wonderful year with our annual company Holiday party! It was a long, exciting, stressful and rewarding year, and there is no better way to celebrate all that we accomplished as a team than to gather together and enjoy each other's company. As we prepared to say goodbye to 2018, we couldn't help but feel overwhelmingly excited for all that 2019 would be bringing. Stay tuned, we think 2019 might just be our best year yet!
